Current Vacancies

Your proven change management and team building experience will be invaluable as you lead a department of 130 staff working over three shifts. From production and labour issues to identifying process improvements and making change happen, you will enjoy a hands-on role that will stretch both your tactical and strategic management abilities. You’ll work from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

Use your experience of data maintenance and dealing with Master Data Principles to support the current and new ERP system and enforce our Master Data Policy. This broad-ranging role will see you creating reports, sourcing/transferring data, ensuring compliance and helping managers to retrieve data. Attention to detail, patience and a methodical approach will be key to your success.

CIPD qualified with broad generalist HR experience as well as an understanding of employment legislation and best practice, you’ll provide HR support to all levels of employees, with particular emphasis on learning and development, organising training events and delivering internal training. Practical experience is essential, as are excellent communication and administration skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

Due to an expanded product range, we are introducing a new shift system to cater for increased demand. You’ll need a background in plant maintenance and proven experience of maintaining and fault finding on high volume PLC controlled machinery which includes Servos, AC and DC Drives and Motors. A good communicator, you’ll have some flexibility in working hours and enjoy being part of a team.

Put your proven background in mechanical engineering and experience of preventative maintenance and troubleshooting to good use as part of our team installing, maintaining, repairing and modifying machinery. Working shifts, you’ll need to be highly motivated with a hands-on approach and the ability to work well under pressure.

We currently have a vacancy for the above position within the Papercup Department. The position will report to the Team Leader. The ideal candidate will need people management skills, sound mechanical background and experience of machine operating. The candidate would be expected to:
· Be involved in the training and development of all new and existing staff.
· Assist the Team Leader in achieving daily production targets

Responsibilities also include:

· Managing a team of 8 people
· Assisting with running of the shift in the Team Leader’s absence
· Machine trouble shooting
· Maintaining quality
· Adherence to all Company systems and procedures including Health & Safety.

We consider that the successful applicant will have all of the above attributes and have experience in a manufacturing environment. Forming skills and paper cup experience may be an advantage. It is essential that the candidate has worked in a production environment. On site training will be provided for the successful applicant. 

The main duties of this role are to help maintain and improve the efficient running of the Flexo Division. The prime focus will be aimed at tool changing, troubleshooting and assisting Machine Minder Packers. Full training will be provided to the successful applicants, commensurate with the challenges and responsibilities the position brings.

To apply you should be a highly dedicated and disciplined team player, with a hands on approach and show the ability to work under pressure. Hours of work are on a rotating shift pattern. The three shifts are: 7am-3pm,3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am.
